Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
Online purchases may be returned at your expense within 21 days of receipt but must be in new and unused condition, complete with all original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, and related materials. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
Only items purchased through our online store may be returned. Please contact our Returns Department at help@finaltouchb2c.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will need to provide the reason for the return, model number, your name, address, and phone number.
You will have 30 days from the issuance of your RMA number to return the goods to our warehouse. Returns sent without an RMA number or with an expired RMA number may be refused or delayed.
Non-returnable items include products that are incomplete, used, damaged, or returned more than 21 days after delivery.
Once you have received your RMA number, please package the product carefully with all original packaging and components and ship it prepaid to:

After your item(s) are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected. If the item is returned in new and unused condition, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the original purchase price plus applicable sales taxes, less any original shipping charges.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
