We take pride in the quality of our products and have manufactured your new product to exacting quality standards. We feel confident that in normal use, it will provide you with satisfactory results. However, should you experience difficulty; you are protected under the provisions of this warranty. This product is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in normal use for a period of one-year (1) from the date of purchase by the original user, and is conditional upon the unit being installed and / or used as directed in the instruction manual (if provided). This warranty does not cover breakage.
Should the product need service during within the warranty period, do not return the product to the store. Please contact our Customer Service Center.
Transportation to and from the service depot is the responsibility of the owner. To facilitate the speed and accuracy of your return, please also enclose $10.00 for return shipping and handling of the product. Please also be sure to include a return address, description of the product defect and any other information pertinent to the product’s return. Please pay by cheque or money order. This warranty applies to the product from the original date of purchase at retail. Therefore, the owner must provide a copy of the original, dated bill of sale. No warranty service will be performed without a bill of sale.
