Founded in 2005 as part of a family owned and operated company, our brand was built on a simple idea. The right details turn a good experience into a memorable one. We call it the "Final Touch".

Our roots go back to 1981, when our parent company, Product Specialties Inc., began as a small product development business focused on innovation, quality craftsmanship, and clever engineering. What started with a passion for designing smart solutions grew into a company known for bringing new ideas to life, refining existing concepts, and creating products that spark conversation.

From our home base in Whitby, Ontario, we design and develop many of our Final Touch products in house. Sketching, prototyping, and 3D modeling are key parts of our creative process, supported by hands on testing that guides every detail. Innovation continues to lead our work as we explore new materials, forms, and features with a goal to make entertaining feel effortless and enjoyable.

Quality materials are at the heart of what we do. We use high grade stainless steel, lead free glass, lead free crystal, and food grade BPA free silicone and plastics selected for clarity, durability, and long lasting performance. We are also improving our packaging to be more eco friendly by transitioning to recyclable paper and cardboard materials across our product lines.
