Many 3rd Party Sellers on marketplaces such as amazon.ca, amazon.de, amazon.com, amazon.co.uk and other international amazon sites are not authorized to resell Final Touch products. It’s important to understand whom the product is “shipped and sold by,” which is always noted in the header of each product and your invoice.

Final Touch products are sold worldwide via an authorized network of dealers selected by Final Touch. These dealers are selected because of their ability to properly represent, service and sell Final Touch products. Final Touch provides a warranty on products sold only by an authorized dealer.
Regretfully we are finding Final Touch products offered by companies whom are not authorized to do so. Goods from unauthorized dealers are not purchased from Final Touch and they are often being mis-represented as Final Touch.
Unauthorized dealers are sometimes offering merchandise purchased on a secondary “gray” market, or stolen, or damaged, or defective. These products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not entitled to warranty coverage by Final Touch. Theses practices still exist despite our best efforts to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers. We highly recommend you research and purchase your Final Touch products from an authorized dealer.
Like most merchandise from premium brands; they are duplicated, and sold (typically at dramatically lower prices). If you would like to report a suspected counterfeit Final Touch product or have questions concerning this issue, please contact Customer Service at info@alwaysfinaltouch.com. This is very important because Final Touch Products come in contact with Food & Beverage. Counterfeits because of their lower price will not be manufactured using the same quality materials that meet the standard of Final Touch brand or required by local laws.
